Laura is a total rewards and compensation expert and adventure enthusiast. She started her career building and leading HR programs for multinational corporations such as Blackberry, Lululemon and PwC.
Laura’s leadership has been instrumental in driving cross-functional partnerships locally and internationally to build and deliver programs on performance, salary structure development, retention, bonus plan design, equity programs and change management. She is dedicated to helping brands and companies utilize their existing resources while customizing their approach and thinking outside of the box to craft bespoke programs that are strategic and create an impact.
Laura has her Master of Industrial Relations from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
